Cancellation/Rescheduling Policy: You will receive a confirmation/reminder message 72 hours before your service via Text or Email. Please Confirm, Cancel or Reschedule more than 24 hours before your service. You can do so by using the appropriate links in your reminder message. If you cancel/reschedule less than 24 hours before your appointment, there is a Last Minute Cancel/Rescheduling Fee of 25% of the scheduled service. Once that is received, you will be able to schedule your next service with me! If an appointment is rescheduled more than two times, there will be a Rescheduling Fee of 25% of the scheduled service. Showing Up Late: Any late arrival of more than 15 minutes will result in a Late Fee of $15, with an extra $1 added per additional minute late. (Ex. 16min is $16, 17min is $17, etc) Any late arrival of more than 15 minutes may require you to reschedule the appointment, and the Cancel/Rescheduling PLUS the Late Fee to take effect. No Call, No Show Policy: If you “No Call, No Show” your appointment with me, there will be a Fee for your missed scheduled service. In the case of a “No Call, No Show” situation, you will no longer be able to schedule another service with me. In Case of Emergencies: Of course, I understand that unexpected things happen! If you Cancel/Reschedule less than 24 hours before your appointment (or “No Call, No Show”) due to legitimate emergency circumstances that are beyond your control, PLEASE make me aware of it. I will be understanding and reasonable when it comes to emergencies! Kids in the Salon: Form Salon has a strict “No Kid” Policy. Please arrange childcare for your appointments. If your child is not receiving a service, we ask that you leave them at home. Nursing infants are allowed as long as they are cared for and supervised during the appointment. Any child under the age of 16 receiving a service must have parental supervision throughout their entire appointment. They cannot be dropped off and then picked up at the end of their service.
